What data I collect
If you send the contact form, I process the data you provide in it: your full name, phone number, email address (if provided), and the topic and content of your message. If you call or send an email, I process the data you share in that conversation or message.
When you visit the website, the server automatically records technical data: your IP address, browser type, the date and time of the visit and the pages visited. This data is used only to run and secure the website.
Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Contacting you about your enquiry and establishing or pursuing any claims, which is my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Performing a brokerage or property management agreement and meeting legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations, if we start working together (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Keeping the website running and secure, which is my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your data is voluntary, but without a phone number or email address I will not be able to reply to your enquiry.
Who I share data with
Your data may be passed to entities that help me run the website and reply to messages, only to the extent necessary and under data processing agreements:
- Web3Creative (the Web3Forms service), Kerala, India: delivers the form content to my email address. It uses servers in the European Union and the United States (including Amazon Web Services and Hetzner) and spam filters (CleanTalk, Akismet) that receive the sender’s IP address and email address. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Implementing Decision 2021/914), included in the Web3Forms data processing agreement.
- Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA: website hosting. Transfers to the United States are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Netlify participates, and on standard contractual clauses.
- Google (the Google Workspace service): email. Transfers to the United States are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Google participates, and on standard contractual clauses.
The activity map on the home page uses OpenFreeMap tiles. To display the map, your browser connects to OpenFreeMap servers, which then receive your IP address. The website’s fonts are served from the same domain as the website.
How long I keep data
I keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle it and then for no longer than 12 months. The copy of the submission held by Web3Forms is deleted automatically no later than after 12 months. If we start working together, I keep the data for the duration of the agreement and for the period required by law, in particular tax law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, erased or its processing restricted, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
Cookies
The website does not use cookies or analytics tools and does not track visitors.
Changes
If I change how data is processed, I will update this page. Version dated 6 November 2026.
